There is no single definition that could explain the term impotence. Some people might say that impotence is no ability to get a good enough erection to have sex. Some more people say that it is not ability to maintain a strong erection. Since each man will have its own sense of impotence, probably best that we see it this way: You are experiencing impotence if you are not able to get an erection that can make you happy.
This could mean, you can only erect once every 2 weeks, whereas the more frequently you want to get it.
Or it could also mean, you can get an erection whenever you want, but not so strong. Or you can also get a strong erection, but it's easy to lose your erection and your penis is too easy to wilt just because the slightest disturbance. Or any other terms, you get an orgasm too quickly. Actually, the latter problem is premature ejaculation, impotence instead. But some men feel anxious approaching the problem would be impotence.
Whatever definition you use every time you think about impotence, it is important to know exactly how to overcome this problem because different types of impotence caused by a variety of different things. Is the problem is:
* You never get an erection your life?
* Once you are able erection, but now you can no longer get it?
* You wake up in the morning with an erection, but it seems only time where you have an erection?
* You often get an erection all day, but you just can not get in when you are alone with your partner?
* You can get an erection during with your partner, but not strong enough?
* You can get an erection with your partner, but feel less old?
* You can erection with your partner, but seems to need a long time for you to reach that state?
